Running Playlist

Workout Playlist #2

Music is a great way motivate you during a workout. I’ve found that having a playlist whilst I’m running keeps me pumped. I actually find myself less motivated to work out when I don’t have music on. Perhaps it’s the rhythm that pushes me. I know I’ve shared my playlist with you before but I’ve added a few more tunes since then and here they are:

I always find music that has good rhythm, upbeat or fast-paced can really up my adrenaline and helps me keep a good pace whilst I’m doing both cardio and weight exercises.
