Soap & Glory

Soap & Glory Skincare Routine

I recently went on a little Soap & Glory haul to improve my skincare routine. Honestly, skincare for me has simply been: wake up, wash face with whatever and done. I would then take my makeup off with a makeup wipe and that’s it. I then discovered Lydia (ahhh beautiful, beautiful Lydia) had quite a thorough routine. And it shows as her skin is perfectly glowing. Based on that, I thought I would try a little harder. Here’s how I currently look after my skin:

First port of call is the Soap & Glory Daily Use Face Wash. I wet my face with warm water and squeeze a grape sized amount of face wash into my hand. I gently scrub over my face until it foams. Using warm water I rinse the foam.

Next, I cover my nose and cheeks with Scrub Your Nose In It which is a pore refining scrub. This helps exfoliate my skin. I leave it on for the recommended two minutes and then rinse.

Once my face is dry and feeling fresh, I apply Speed Plump All-Day Moisturiser. Already I can see that areas of my skin are less dry and lines are smoother. I felt a difference after the first couple of uses, super smooth and you don’t need too much of it. I also add some Make Yourself Youthful Rejuvinating Eye Cream to reduce puffiness, dark circles and smooth my skin.

Finally, I rub some Smooch Operator Lip Butter Balm to keep my lips from going dry and chapped.

In the evening, I take off my make up (using non-S&G products, that will change!) and then wash my face with Soap and Clarity 3-in-1 Daily Detox Vitamin C Facial Wash. I squeeze a grape size amount, lather onto damp skin and rinse. Once my skin is dry I apply the Speed Plump Overnight Moisture Mousse on my face and neck giving me a dewy glow in the morning. I add the eye cream and smooch on some lip balm before bed.

Are you a fan of this brand? Do you have any skincare products you swear by?

Soap & Glory products look so great, and they sound absolutely divine in this post! I wish we had it readily stocked here in Aus, I’m so jelly. This is a lovely post too, makes me want to try them even more.
