I’m a big believer that you need to be happy with yourself. That you should feel comfort in your own company and not need anyone else to tell you you’re a strong, beautiful person (which you are). There are ways you can make yourself feel better just by being kinder to yourself.
Whether it’s just a bubble bath and a book; a day of pampering at the spa or a weekend away, having some time to yourself can do wonders for your self esteem. Here are some ways you can have time to yourself. This is great way to de-stress and let go.
There is only one you. You are unique and you should know that you are special. There are things about you that no one else has. Take a look in the mirror and look at yourself, realise how important you are to those who love you. Talk about yourself positively and positive things will happen.
If you make a bit of effort with yourself and take time to get your day started, the better you feel. Get up a bit earlier, work out, shower and have fun with doing your hair and make up. What’s the point in rushing? You’ll only feel stressed, frustrated and agitated.
ENJOY THE PRESENT MOMENT
Stop dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Focus on what makes now what it is and embrace it. Work on ways to make current situations in your life better and move on from past negativity and forward into a self fulling life.
Doing a good deed will make you feel good about yourself. Helping others in any way possible will increase your mood. The kinder you are towards others, the kinder you will be to yourself.
STOP THE HATING
Let go of the burdens of hate and grudges. Forgive and forget, let your mind be clear of negative thoughts, feelings and people. Here is my post on why you should forgive.
